Physics Project Reflection #4

Something I've learned while building my roller coaster was the higher the starting point, the more potential energy you will have for the roller coaster to last throughout the whole track. The parts I liked about the project were thinking of the theme, and making the track. The only parts I would improve if I would do it again would be decorating it better, and using the other side of our table more.

Physics Project Relfection #2

The bad thing about tape is that when the marble rolls over it, it loses some of its energy. The good thing about tape is that it holds everything together well. I feel that our progress so far has been going slow. It's taking us too long to think of how to make the ideas we have work. Something that has been really frustrating, is trying to find ways to make the track not to steep. Seeing how if you curve the track a little more bit then how it was before makes the marble stay on instead of fly off.

Physics Project Reflection #3

I am feeling that our project is going pretty well, but we need to work faster. Inertia has been affecting our project greatly. Since the marble wants to keep doing what it's doing, we need to find ways to keep it on the track. Something that has been frustrating is, the marble not having enough energy to go through some parts of the track. Something that has been going well is that we have a loop now, and we managed to make it work.
